What type of shipping services are provided?
All items are shipped via UPS. We unfortunately cannot use personal or business UPS accounts. All shipping will go through Printing House.net. Shipping is only available in the United States.

What happens if my printing is damaged because of shipping?
Any damage that is caused during shipping is the responsibility of UPS. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control of it and are no longer responsible for the package. If damage should occur due to shipping, please contact UPS for compensation.

Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we do offer delivery service within the San Fernando Valley and other Los Angeles areas. An additional charge may apply. Please call us to see if you are within our delivery zone.
