How a job works here

A quote is a price for the job as described and the file as sent. If the file changes, the quantity changes, or the finishing changes, the price can change with it, and we tell you before we run.

Every job gets a PDF proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. Once you approve, the proof is what we print, so check names, numbers and spelling on the proof.

Files in by 10 AM are usually ready by 3:30 PM. Pickup times are our best estimate for most jobs. Big runs, binding and wide format can take longer, and we say the real time out loud before you commit.

Delivery across the San Fernando Valley is charged with the job. Pickup is at 16938 Ventura Blvd, Encino.

If we made a mistake that is not on the approved proof, we reprint it. If the approved proof carried the mistake, the reprint is a new job. Questions on any of this: 818-380-0380.
