Business Cards Printing
in Encino, Same Day

Business cards are the job we run more of than anything else on the Xerox digital press, and it shows in how fast we can turn them around. Bring us a print ready PDF by 10 AM and same day business cards are usually ready by 3:30 PM, cut and stacked. Most people order 250 or 500 to start, on a plain matte or gloss card stock, though we stock a heavier uncoated stock too if you want something that feels more substantial in a customer's hand.

We get a steady run of same day business cards near me searches from people who lost their box, changed a phone number, or hired a new agent and need cards before an open house this weekend. If that is you, call ahead so we can pull your stock and clear a slot on the press before you drive over. We keep every file we have ever printed on record, so a reorder is usually just a call with the old order number and how many you need this time, no new file required.

Rush business cards are still same day at The Printing House. Next day business cards are the safer call if you are placing the order after 2 PM or need a heavier or specialty stock we do not keep on the shelf.

We print business cards for a lot of small operations that never had a formal marketing budget: a contractor working out of his truck, a new agent at a Valley brokerage, a stylist renting a chair. Barone's Pizza reordered their counter stack with us for years, same design, same stock, because we kept the file and the color settings on record. That is the real value of a neighborhood print shop over an online order form. Someone here has actually held your card before and knows what it is supposed to look like, down to how it feels when a customer picks it up off the counter.

Not every order starts with a finished file. If you have a logo but no layout, our in house graphic design can lay out a card from your logo, your colors, and the text you want on it, usually within the same afternoon. If you are searching business card printing near me because you do not have a designer at all, that is a normal starting point here. Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to, and we will build two or three layouts for you.

Business card printing Los Angeles searches often land on shops that print far from where the customer actually is, which means a courier or a mail delay on top of the print time. We are on Ventura Blvd in Encino, west of Balboa, with parking right in front, so most customers just drive over and wait or come back before 3:30 PM. If you are in Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, or Studio City, we can also deliver it instead.

Plastic and silk finish cards are a step up from a standard matte or gloss card, and we can quote those too if you want something that stands out in a stack. For most business cards Los Angeles customers, though, a clean 14pt matte card printed correctly beats a fancier stock printed in a rush. We would rather talk you into the simpler order that we know will look right than sell you an upgrade we have not test printed on our own press first. Ask us which stock we would pick for your own cards and we will give you a straight answer, not the most expensive one.

The single most common business card mistake is a phone number or address that changed since the last order and nobody updated the file before sending it back to us. We keep files on record for reorders, which is convenient, but it means the old number will print again unless someone catches it, so check the contact details before a reprint. The second mistake is a logo saved as a screenshot, soft and slightly pixelated at full size even though it looked fine in an email signature.

Rounded corners and metallic ink both need extra room built into the file that a standard flat card design does not have. Silk and plastic cards are more forgiving on color but less forgiving on file setup, since the coating shows every flaw in a low resolution image.
